Thanks for sharing the info about choosing antibiotics,  I downloaded the support document for choosing empirical antibiotics, and there are a few charts with good info in the presentation slides but it's not there in the supporting documents I tried to write it down seeing the slides but even the fonts a little bit blurry so is it possible to download all those presentation slides?
